These Terms of Service govern your use of novacollective.com.au and services operated by Nova Collective AU (ABN 18 789 925 644).

Nova Collective AU is a mobile personal training marketplace connecting clients with certified independent personal trainers on the Gold Coast, Australia. Personal trainers on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Nova Collective AU.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

By joining our waitlist you agree to receive communications from Nova Collective AU about PT availability, launch updates, and fitness content as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Session bookings and payments are processed through our platform via Stripe. By making a booking you agree to pay the session fee at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked session rate. Full details are provided at time of booking.

Personal trainers on our platform are independent contractors. Nova Collective AU acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the conduct or advice of individual trainers. Each trainer maintains their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in personal training sessions. We recommend consulting a medical professional before starting any new exercise programme. By booking a session you confirm you have disclosed relevant health conditions to your personal trainer.

All content on novacollective.com.au is the property of Nova Collective AU and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Nova Collective AU's liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
